Recollect

Recollect is 4-movement String Quartet about the grief and recovery that follows the end of a longterm relationship. It features extensive use of microtonality through the use of 'pretty good intonation': a hybrid between just intonation and equal temperament. This microtonality serves to express frustration, lostness, and melancholy.
