Interrupted by Pointless Panic

Interrupted by Pointless Panic is a piece about a repeating experience that harasses me. The feeling of suddenly recalling something you must do or forgot to do, and the panic that ensues. Often, I will snap back to reality after this panic to realize that I am not actually in dire danger, that I'm okay, that my nervous system is overreacting. I can continue with my day and deal with it once I find the time.
